Space Planning - Involves reviewing the office space, individual job functions, and organizational goals to develop a functional solution.

Interior and Furniture Finish Selection - This step includes assistance in selection of furniture, lighting, floor/wall coverings and fabrics/finishes to create a unique identity that integrates the customer's needs and budget with good design practices.

Accessories Selection - Coordination of plants, artwork, lamps, etc. to complete the unique identity of the space.

Establish Corporate Standards - This function ensures that there is consistency throughout the facility now and in the future. The specification will include photos, description, pricing and ordering information.

Graphic Presentation - Creating the actual space layout and floor plan in 2 and 3 dimensional renderings utilizing the latest in design software.



Much more than just the placement of furniture, our professional installation services include review of installation drawings and specifications; inspection of building to identify staging needs and any restrictions that might effect the installation; coordination of delivery and receipt of product; placement of furniture, removal and trash and cleanup; quality inspection of furniture and development of a punch-list.

If your company has needs outside of our service area, we have access to Inter-market Network of Dealers around the nation to assist in the installations of the furniture. The specially trained network coordinators insure that you will receive the same care as you would receive from One Office Furniture.


Our installations staff can repair and remedy most problems that arise from faulty casters to locked drawers. They will evaluate the problem, repair on site if possible or have any necessary parts ordered. If your furniture simply needs to be refurbished, then we can take it off-site for the process and bring it back in a timely manner, usually at a cost less than that of purchasing new.

If you have furniture that you want to get rid of? We frequently buy used furniture from our customers who wish to choose a new product solution. We can purchase the old furniture and apply the value to the purchase price of the new furniture. This program allows for the removal of the old furniture to coincide with the installation of the new product, reducing employee downtime. If you have a short or long term need for additional furniture, we can arrange for rental of almost any type of furniture, from desks, chairs, cubicles and tables.
